We offer a 12-month warranty on all our watches, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty. If your watch experiences an issue during the warranty period, you may return it to us for evaluation. Any fault covered under the warranty will be repaired free of charge. The diagnostic process typically takes three working days, after which we will provide an estimated repair timeline. Please note that the warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or accidents, and watches are only guaranteed to be waterproof when explicitly stated.

We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on all watches purchased online, provided they are returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after inspection. Returns can be made either by post or in person.
